About this service

Varlik is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ([REGISTERED ADDRESS]). It is a personal-finance tracker for monitoring net worth, taking AI-assisted notes, and modelling retirement / goal scenarios. Varlik is not a broker, investment advisor, or portfolio manager. We are not licensed by the Turkish CMB (SPK) or any other securities regulator.

Varlik is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on this content.

Pricing

Varlik is currently in launch mode and is free for all users. We plan to move to a freemium model (free core + paid pro) later. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any pricing change applies to your account.

Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information at sign-up.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts and automated/script use are prohibited.
• Don't share your credentials, sessions, or tokens with third parties. You are responsible for any breach caused by shared credentials.
• No abuse: no DDoS, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to interfere with service integrity.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
